Onward! Productions provides physical fitness education and exercise resources to help maintain functional fitness resulting in independent living for individuals of all ages.  The average loss of many bodily functions occurs at about 2% per year after the age of 30.  With little physical activity, that translates into 70% loss of function by the time one reaches the age of 90.  How can we impact that outcome? Exercise, of course!  Exercise can slow that loss to 1/2% per year, resulting in that same 90 year old only having lost 30% function.  None of us escape the potent effects of sedentary habits and aging.  And too often, they go together! The converse is also true: all of us benefit from a lifestyle of physical activity and exercise, thus preserving functionality.
